Really want to switch to dubias

But I can't find a way to get them in Florida. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm tired of stinky crickets and I'm looking for something more nutritious for both of my beardies. I did Phoenix worms for a while but that's just so messy. I considered super worms, but one of my guys can't eat them because he doesn't have teeth so he can't crush them well enough. Silkworms are hard to find and expensive.

Dubias seem perfect because their exoskeleton is softer so my toothless guy would be able to eat them, they're nutritious, not stinky, easy to keep, etc etc.

At any rate, frustration has set in.

Dubia roaches are illegal in Florida because they're considered an invasive species. I believe Discoid roaches are allowed there and they're pretty similar to Dubia.

I understand why they're illegal. Florida has far too many invasive species running around because of irresponsible pet owners.

I didn't realize discoids were so close to dubias though. Thank you. :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
