Really Smelly Poops..?

Hey guys,

My guy Spike has been having really smelly poops for the last month... I have had 2 fecals done from 2 different vets and he had no parasites. His diet is:

Every morning:

Romaine Lettuce
Sliced up Carrots
Small apple cubes
10-15 Superworms

Evening (bout 4 hours before lights out)
5 reptiworms/1 Dubia/ 1 hornworm (head pre-chopped )

There has been no recent diet changes.... Any ideas? It can't be impaction or something I don't think, because he has been on repticarpet.

When you say smell, is it like a smell that stinks up the whole room?

I would stop with the romaine lettuce, its not a healthy green to feed.

Yeah, he stinks up the whole room if he poops in his viv. And ok, what kind of lettuce is good? He doesn't even have bad poops I mean, like no dierrhea or anything, just extremely stinky.

Yeah I'm reading it all right now
