Really scary beardie behavior PLEASE HELP! ASAP!

Okay, so after doing my research on calci sand, I found out that it is dangerous for baby beardies, so I replace it with paper towels. I took everything out of the tank, and my beardie got a bit frightened while all this was happening( i kept him in a petco box) and when I put him back in, I realized I needed to cut off extra paper that went up on the side of the tank. I felt as if this stressed my beardie, I don't know why I was so clumsy, and when I finished, he started running to the upper-right corner of the tank, almost like if he was gonna be like spiderman and crawl up the glass. This went on for about 10-15 minutes, and when I came back, he was in the same position, except sleeping. So I went to sleep as well, and when I woke up, he was in the same position, except his head was moving like a bobble head, a bobble head that went out of control. I picked him up, and his head was bobbing A LOT for about 30 more seconds, and then it slowly stopped doing it. It scared me a lot, because I know that they bob their heads, but this looked CRAZY. I plan on getting uvb light tomorrow( i got him 3 days ago) so if it's that, then please tell me. Please help, it's my first beardie, so I don't know if this behavior is normal. It happened today in the morning(head shaking), and if it happens tomorrow, I'll take it to a vet. Need help asap please.

Thats how our beardie got the name Bobblehead lol When we got him he was put into his big home. I think he could see his reflection he would bob his little head he was only 7 inches or so just a little thing. After several days he went to normal only thing is he had a tude. Make sure you have everything all set up the right UVB the right basking temps and everything should be ok.

Was he actually bobbing his head or was it wobbling all over the place? The only time I've seen a baby look like a bobble head, it was due to a respiratory infection. Is he sitting with his head pointed up at all?

His head is up, like a healthy beardie should be, but he hasn't shaken it like yesturday today. It wasn't bobbing, it was more like he was dizzy and couldn't control his head.

How is the little guy doing now? I hope you've gotten hima good substrate and told the pet store to F off for letting you get that calc sand and a dragon at the same time w/o mentioning that its bad for them. I HATE PETCO! any ways let us know how he is!

I wouldn't worry too much if it only happened the one time, if it does happen again then it might be best to get him to a vet.

Id love to see some pictures too!:D Bobble from the day we had him hes always had a tude thats why my daughter picked him at the petstore he was fat and healthy looking and wasnt afraid to show his dislike of being messed with. He had a huge head and a small body when he was a baby.I think he would get himself so worked up over his reflection his head would move. Hes never changed either thank goodness he turned out to be a boy cause Bobblehead fits him to a tee .

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
