Ottos poop this morning was very runny, change in his diet to Phoenix worms , they are pretty wet when I feed them to him from the water I rinsed the substrate off with.
Changes in diet can cause irregular stools. As long as his stool is normally well formed and healthy looking, I wouldn't worry.
As he gets used to the new feeder, things should settle back to normal. It's usually best to introduce new feeders slowly instead of cold turkey switching. But, no harm no foul.
Pat the worms dry between two sheets of clean dry absorbant paper toweling. This will solve the problem (most likely unless the runny poos is due to the veg / greens in it's diet or a GIT disturbance due to parasites picked up from food you are giving).
