Hi guys,

Long time follower, first time poster. My Lady is about to lay her first clutch. She's just over 3 weeks. Her lay box is all ready, she's gone off her food and is running around like crazy. But she hasn't started digging yet.

My worry is that the incubator I ordered has been delayed and won't be here for another day or so. If she does lay now, am I able to leave the eggs in the lay box for a day or 2 before moving to the incubator? The lay box is inside her viv so it's warm. Or am I able to take them out and put them somewhere warm?

I really don't want her to lay until the incubator gets here but I don't think there's any stopping her!

Thank's for your help!

Hi there....it would be best to take them out + put them in a warm area....even at 78 degrees they'd be fine until the incubator comes, they would already be set up and not need to be disturbed.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
