Rankin's Dragon Brumation Question

Hi! I have an 8mo Rankin's Dragon.
She's been trying to brumate for a couple months now.
Is it okay that I'm stopping her? Isn't she too young to brumate?
I've taken the paper towels from her substrate so she can't burrow under it and sleep and made it where she can't get into her hide and she's been awake since, she eats(quite viciously, unlike most of my others when they come out of brumation) and acts energetic and basks. I'm waiting on a poop so I can take it to get it checked.

She is at kind of a borderline age for brumation. Still a bit young but if she's going through the motions then whatever it is that kicks off that instinct in them is there. I don't think it will hurt to try and keep her up. If she is active and eating it's not as likely to be symptoms of illness (which can sometimes look similar to brumation). I'm doing the same with my guy at the moment. He's getting sleepy but I wake him up according to his regular routine and offer food. If he falls asleep during the day I move him to the window and he stays awake a while longer. I let him go to sleep early if he's been up for a while but the lights stay on their full schedule either way.
