Random unauthorization.

Sometimes, when I click on the link from topic reply email, it shows this-

Yet when I search for the topic, I am able to read it. I cannot read the adult off topic. Thoughts as to why this is happening???

It's quite possible that this is occurring when you click a reply notification link in an email, where the post that triggered that was spam. If we moved the spam to out "Spam" folder (hidden and restricted from users), then it would result in that message. If you do get such a message when clicking on a reply notification link, it's likely that reason.
