i let them roam around inside, once they stop moving as much i put them back in to heat up. i can then take them out again when they are warm enough.
you can always get a Mercury Vapor bulb and set it up somewhere where she likes to sit a lot. then she can get some uvb and heat outside her tank too.

Never Heard of that bulb! Are they any good? And I have a bendy lamp with a screw fitting can I put it in there would that work and have the same effect ?

Hi. do you open the window? Cuz if you do the uvb can go through the window screen.

the dome fixture will be needed for any high voltage bulb.
