Quick question bout UVB/MV bulbs

Hey guys, currently Lenny has a 75w basking bulb and a Reptisun 10.0, would it be too much if i put in the Powersun to replace the basking bulb. Is that too much UVB? I keep reading of stories of how much healthier peoples bearded dragons are getting from using MVBs and I was just curious. Lenny is healthy but if I could perk him up even more that'd be cool. I would have to make sure I buy the calcium with Vit D3 correct?

Dragons can be sunburned by too much UVB. I had a leucistic juvinelle under a MVB that was burned even though the bulb temps were no more than 105F and the light was well away from the dragon. It was just emitting too strong of UVB on his lightly colored skin. So now I don't use MVB on my white dragons. I would suggest either use the MVB or the tube rather than both. I have read also that too much UVB can cause eye problems, even blindness although I have not experienced it.

Healthier dragons with MVBs....lol. I'm pretty sure that was ReptileUV's tagline before their bulbs started blinding lizards, mine included!
If your dragon can get within 6-8" of the reptisun, he's getting all the UVB he needs. Just keep using a standard basking bulb.
