Quick question about feeding my beardie crickets?

Both my beardies are 7-8 months now and I feed them crickets 2 times a day, 7 days a week, both result in about 60 crickets a day or so. My question is when do I begin to feed them less crickets? At what age? I know when they're adults their diet is 80% veggies and 20% crickets but should I begin to ween them off crickets at 12 months to the point where I'm only feeding them crickets twice a week or what? Help greatly appreciated.

I do not know about the twice a week thing, I have never asked. I am fairly sure though they will just start eating less at a time and more veggies. My bf and I just started a dubia colony because live feeders are pricy.

I have been advised that adults (18 months and up) need 50 small feeders or 35 large feeders a week with nice salads every day. I think feeding everyother day is better than a set 2 days a week. But that is just me. I like seeing my babies eat
