Questions about UVB lighting

Hello all,
I've been looking into UVB lighting for my sweet beardies, but alas, I am confused.

What wattage should the bulb be (would a 22 inch, 24-watt Reptisun be sufficient? The tanks are each 36 inches long.)

What's the difference between T5 and T8?

Normal output versus high output...which is better?

The one I use for my 40g is the ReptiSun 10.0 24" long and I think it is a T5. The difference between at T5 and a T8 is the width of the light. I find T5's to be better as their fixtures are more common and easier to come across than a T8. The wattage doesn't matter as much, I don't believe.

T5 also has a different effective range. The higher output of the t5 bulb means you can mount it farther away than a t8. I'd get a t5 if I were rebuilding my setup.
