It seems at least to me that every time someone needs help a lot of back and forth basic questions are asked before any help can actually be given. If the topic is multi paged it is harder to see what was asked and the response cause it is all over the place. Many times you see repeat questions only because the info is spread out. Many of the questions are standard. JMO
Why not have a form that covers the Standard questions so everything is in one place to see the entire picture? I threw this together as a sample on this idea. Please feel free to comment or add anything you think that should also be asked ,since i am sure I did not get everything.

Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this Beardie ever been tested for parasites?

Viv Type - Describe your Viv. What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (Viv floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Placement - Where is your Viv located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the bottom of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?
Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
