Which product is better ? Rep Cal Herptivite Multivitamins or Fluker's Repta Vitamin? There is also a spray version for Fluker's called 8 oz Liquid Vitamin. I haven't been using any vitamins when i feed my dragon and it's been almost a year now. All i use is Calcium with D3, and now i realize i was supposed to give him vitamins as well. I just give him crickets/wax worms/greens.
The Rep-Cal has the best reputation around these parts. I'm currently using the ZooMed Reptivite, but when the bottle is empty, I'll be switching to the Rep-Cal, as that is what I use for calcium supplement. For the record, some regard the vites as "optional" but they are wonderful way to ensure good health. Dust 1 - 2 meals per week.
(I haven't any experience of the liquid/spray type vitamins so I can't speak to that).
As to the live feeders, you might want to use some more variety there for optimum nutrition. I assume you're gut loading the crickets which can be a big vitamin boost of course, but butterworms, silks and hornworms (and supers if your dragon is over 15 inches) tend to offer more nutrition than the "treatsie" waxies. The following is an excellent resource list for feeding your dragon (do's and don'ts):
