Question about relocation stress/runny stool

After my first beardie died in September, I now have a male juvie. I had him a couple of weeks before taking him and a stool sample to the vet. He had pinworms and coccida, and was treated for both. He did very well during the treatment; never lost his appetite at all. About a week later, his stools were still pretty mushy, so I took another sample in. The levels were still elevated, but the vet told me to try dusting his crickets with Bene-Bac powder for a week or two. This helped tremendously and his stools looked great. This weekend, we moved him to a bigger tank. Monday he started a massive shed, and yesterday and today he had very loose and messy stools.

Can relocation stress and/or the shed be causing the loose stools, or are his parasite levels back up? Should I wait a few days or take a sample back to the vet tomorrow?

He has lost 9 grams since Saturday. He is still eating well. He gets daily baths and doesn't look dehydrated. I am going out tonight to get him some Pedialyte just in case. He weighs 144 grams, and is 13 inches long.

I am very paranoid after losing my first beardie and want to do everything I can to make sure my new boy is healthy!

stress can cause the parasite level to increase. I'd have another fecal done and treat again until all clear. You can still give the bene bac during treatment.

I talked to the vet's office, and they advised me to bring in a sample. I am happy to do it, but not so happy to pay the $57 for the third time. I think that is pretty expensive for a fecal, but I trust this vet, and that is the most important thing.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
