Question about Phoenix Worms

I'm thinking of adding these to my 3 month old Little Foot's food, she already enjoys eating crickets,veggies,wax worm only once a week.

Just wanted to know what size
I'm thinking the smallest size but wanted to ask and make sure first.

You should just go directly to the source and buy from http://www.phoenixworm.com. They have free shipping. Since they all come from here anyway. I really didnt see much difference between the Mediums and Large. Large would be fine though.

Well, since they are high in calcium and phosphorous..I only give my baby 10 a day along with crickets.
