question about pellets and feeding schedules?

I need to figure out how to feed my dragon.Up to now I just cycle through feeding salad a couple times a week and feeding dubias most every day.I also add pellets on the salad.

But since she is 5mnths old and quite large now Im not sure how much to feed her.I worry Im not feeding enough. How many insects should she be eating each day.No matter how many I put in she eats them all and sometimes looks stuffed and round.
So anyone have a feeding schedule?
Also can I leave pellets in the tank all the time and are they really good for beardies?

IF she'll eat the pellets, then you can leave them in for her {lots of dragons won't touch them}.

You can also leave salad out for her on a continuous basis.

For live feeders - she should be getting fed at least once a day (and
up to twice a day at her age). Each feeding should be letting her eat
as much as she wants over a 10-15 minute timeframe.

At 5 months, she's still growing like a weed and needs as much protein as
she can get.

At first she may stuff herself silly, but once she's on a good regular schedule, she'll figure out that she only needs to eat until she's full as more will be coming soon.

Remember to be dusting her feeders with calcium supplement, 1 meal a day, 5 days a week and with vitamin supplement, 1 meal a day, 2 days a week.
