question about light

Ok so we finally got our Exo Terra enclosure yesterday and we are setting it up today. for the basking side we are using a 75 watt basking bulb, i went to walmart and got a 24 inch fixture and got a repti-sun 10.0 24inch bulb from our pet store, should i place this fixture in the center of the tank or should it be more toward the basking side, any opinions? also we will be posting pics tonight of "Vegas's" setup

It should be more towards the basking side, and the beardie needs to be able to get within 6-10" of it while basking. Hope this helps!
