Putting a price on a beardie.

I haven't been on here in a looooooong time. Life made very unexpected changes. Recently had a baby and now I find myself with less and less time to care for my beardie. I've been talking to my boyfriend about letting him go and he's finally agreed. The question is how much? He was bought from PetSmart when I worked there almost 2 years ago. We are estimating his age at about 2 years in March. His coloring is beautiful. He's not agressive at all, he's never bit us and has never even darked and puffed out his beard in fear or anger. He enjoys his baths to poop and all and all is a well tamed beardie. What sort of price should we be asking? We paid $70 for him when he was bought, and he was fresh from the supplier, so still very young. He's not missing and limbs or tail peices. Has been solo since we brought him home.
