purple haze on fake rock build

After sealing the fake rock with the sealer the Minwax that everyone suggest on here in the teal can, it has left a Purple Haze on the structure. Any ideas why, and suggestions to remove it. It is not really noticeable, but I notice it. Anyone else have this issue

Which minwax do you have? I have some left over minwax water base left (saten finish) and was hoping to finish my temple with it. I've heard of people watering there's down and sprayed it on.

That is what I have as well Minwax water based saten. I watered it down and used a spray bottle as well.

did you ever get the purple haze off? I just did part of mine and it also left a slight haze. So I sprinkled some grout over the wet sealant and brushed off the dust when it dried. It came out pretty nice doing it that way.

Yes, after it dried completely it went away
