Puffing out the beard a lot

I've noticed lately that my baby bearded dragon is puffing up his beard a lot. I saw him like 3 times yesterday with his beard out and black and also he seems like he's on high alert. Is there something I can do to maybe make him more calm? also when I hold him he always wants to run lately but he used to be really mellow before.

I feel it may be the stretching. When he does it he sometimes moves his head around and opens is his mouth as if hes biting at the air.
Cage temp is ok but humidity is a little high. He recently go into a new cage which may have caused him some stress but even in the last cage he did it. He's only about 4-5 months so I doubt he's going through puberty
