puff the magic dragon??

My juvenile will puff his beard out a few times in quick succession, sometimes followed by a "yawn" or an opening of the mouth. He doesn't turn it black or anything, and doesn't seem stressed or agitated. Not really sure if he does it only after I feed him his bugs, or what.
Any ideas? Im not worried or anything, because like I said, he doesn't seem stressed. But what do I know.

Normal.

They'll puff (and eye bulge) to loosen skin before a shed starts or even just as a stretching action.

They'll puff and black beard (especially males) kind of as a "hey look what I can do" type thing. [especially males just reaching early adulthood.....]

They'll puff sometimes just because they want to.

I swear sometimes Mellow does it to tell me she's bored and wants out, it's kind of a "Hrrmph, let me out of here" look she gives me. :lol:

Right after I posted this, he did it again. I have 3 sides of his tank covered, and I think he does it where I can see him. He will climb to the very tip of his driftwood, practically press his face to the glass, and do it. So I took him out and held him. After I put him back. I noticed he left some shed on my *ahem* chest. His favorite spot to chill. Ha ha. So I guess it was a little bit of a few reasons. Lmao
