Protruding from Dubia Roach

Usually, when people ask 'What is this coming out of my roach?', the answer is the egg sack thing b/c they are airing out their babies.. I get that, BUT this doesn't look like to me. It's very short and fat. When in the roach bin, it appeared one little nymph was eating the side of the sack, but I'm not sure if this is what was going on.

Anyway, I've got pictures, so maybe someone'll take a look and just see if they can tell what this is..

I apologize for any blurriness, I'm getting as close as I can and those automatic cameras just don't seem to get sharp pictures of things closeup.

Looks like the sac they carry their young in. Dubia give live birth but they young are held internally

I considered that but this doesn't look anything like the others posted that really ARE the baby sack:

These (posted) are long and narrow. This one (mine) is very shot and fat/stubby.

Could it possibly be a molt gone bad? I can't see the pictures real clear, but what you're talking about is obvious. I haven't seen anything like that.... yet.
