This is a great enclosure! I really like it. We are in the middle of deciding how to upgrade all the reptiles and are going back and forth between buying a tank, or a Showcase Cage, and making our own.
A few questions. I am a REAL beginner. I have never done anything like this. The most I have done was make a cutting board in woodshop 10 years ago lol.
What is malamanite (spelling???) and how does it compare to wood? How did u attach the UVB hood to the top?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
