Problematic?

Hello, I was doing a poop check today(making sure there were no visible worms/crix) and I found some pieces of super worms. My dragon is 16' from snout to end of tail, I know they are not to be fed supers until at least 16'. Should I stop feeding them until he's a bit larger? Does this mean he's impacted? He has been pooping, but not daily he will go, then 2 days later go again since this has happened. Although, in the last 24 hours he was went 4 times. I guess what I'm trying to get to is should I be taking him to the vet because of this or will he be fine?

Were they pooped out pieces of supers?
Sometimes when they eat them, depending on the way they grab them pieces of the supers get bitten and fall off. Kind of like when you bite into a hard cookie a chunk of crumb falls. No big deal, just means that he didn't see the super crumbs to gobble up. This is of course if you didn't find them in poop.

He's fine. I would hold off on the supers for now. Honestly, some dragons are never really good at digesting them, so you'll have to use judgement. At that length, they often slow down and stop pooping every day, so it's nothing to be concerned about. If you think he is a bit impacted, give him a bit of applesauce and olive oil, and put him in a slightly warmer and deeper bath than usual to help him pass the blockage. No need for a vet visit at this point.

Ok thank you, it was peice of it in his poo btw. I don't think there is any reason to worry anymore since he just took his 4th in the past 24h. :shock:

I guess no more supers for him though for now
