PROBLEM!! with UK salad

hi everyone,

i have a problem over here in the UK as we all know USA and UK have a problem when trying to find something and it have two names. so here it goes

what are collard greens and whats the equivalent here in the UK
and
what are mustard greens and yet again what the equivalent

i want to know due to reason that i want a good staple salad for my bearded (getting soon, just preparing)

also i wanted to be some peppers or carrots but , peppers apparently are not good for daily consumptiion

Hey leew, I live near London and buy collards for mine every week. Here they're called spring greens, I get mine from 'Sainsburys' or 'The Co-operative'.

thanks alot do you put any pepper or carrots or anything like that you know just to mix it up

I've never tried pepper, but they get the occasional bit of carrot.
