Oh ok, that explains the different batch # then, the ones with problems were purchased Oct through Jan. I would still recommend that you talk to John at reptileuv though and make him aware of your beardie's eye problem just to be safe. Even though the bulbs are being tested by them, some bad ones have slipped though and are still causing problems. 
If he liked the 105 reading then I would raise the bulb and add a lower wattage bulb to aim for that temp or close to it. Let us know how you make out.
