Pregnant or Not

My bearded dragon laid one egg maybe a day or now 2 ago and hasn't laid any since. It was infertile and she is showing NO signs of being gravid no weight gain, lumps, nothing and I'm confused on what I can do to help her lay the rest? He stomach isn't marbled or anything either. I have no clue if it was just one egg but from what I've read laying just one is kind of unheard of. I let her out to maybe exercise them out up she just picks her favorite sleeping spot and naps after making multiple laps around our room. I've made her multiple dig boxes but she wants nothing to do with them.
(Note: her and my male were together for 5 minutes unoccupied because I went outside and he jumped the boarder to get to her somehow. That was on the 10th which is only 23 days away from today and they're supposed to be gravid for 30 days from what I've seen)

Very odd, but laying 1-2 eggs can happen. If she does have any fertile eggs, they wont be
developed yet. So you will just need to wait & monitor her to see if she starts exhibiting
laying behavior.
Normally it takes 4-5 weeks for eggs to develop & then be laid.
You could get an x-ray to help determine whether or not she has more to lay also.

See I'm thinking they may have mated and the infertile one she laid developed faster so she released it and it's going to be a week before her other are ready and may be fertile since there was that one moment especially since when I came back he was sitting sideways on her but not in mating position so if it's a quick process he had probably just finished. This would be her first gravid that I am aware of so she may have been confused. I did pick her up earlier and her vent was kind of inside out but she put it back to normal soon after I moved her.

That is really hard to determine whether or not they mated. It isn't all that quick but I guess
possible that they tried, but might not have accomplished anything, either.
Is she still eating pretty well right now? She may have already have the infertile egg ready to
lay & perhaps other follicles could be fertilized or developing, it's hard to know for sure.

Her eating is the same as it's always been. She'll taste her greens then toss them around because she dislikes them then I gave her 7-10 pellets and she eats them. But today she did not eat but that is also usual from her sometimes. I've had her for a year and she will go on random spree's of not eating for up to 4 days at most. Only thing that can get her to eat on those days are Superworms even then she'll only have 2-3.

They definitely can go on bouts of not eating, then start eating again. That makes it very
hard to determine if they have eggs. Just watch for weight gain, primarily or a change in
body shape is usually a good indication. If she started becoming restless, scratching around,
etc then that could also mean she is needing to lay.
Let us know how she is doing.

I suggest getting an x-ray or better yet an ultrasound done, the x-ray will show any shelled eggs developing, the ultrasound will also show follicles. You don't want to mess around with her possibly being egg-bound, as that condition is usually fatal if not immediately addressed when the egg is trying to be passed. As Tracie said, there's no way to know whether they mated or not, it usually does take longer than 5 minutes or less to accomplish, but that doesn't mean anything really. She could just be gravid with infertile eggs.

If she becomes lethargic, starts black bearding, etc. then those are the signs of her having egg-binding issues, and if that happens you must get her to an animal hospital/vet immediately. It's not that I'm thinking that's what is going on, I'm just making sure you know what the signs are so you can act accordingly. As Tracie said, if she starts glass-surfing and digging around in her tank then put her in the laybox.

She's back to acting like she usually does. I put a digging box in her tank for her but she decided to throw all the dig over her tank then sit on her log so she wouldn't touch it xD. I will be looking out for the symptoms given but I haven't seen any so far she loves running around the room.

That figures doesn't it, making a mess out of her dirt! They will do that sometimes.
She has started eating again? They wont have much of an appetite towards the end
if they have quite a few eggs, fertile or not, to lay.
As EllenD stated, you could go ahead & get an ultrasound or an x-ray done to see if
anything is present right now so you would know for sure.
