Hi All,
So, after finding out that my husbands adult male ate our new baby beardie, we went searching for an adult female. We're considering breeding them. My husband's adult male (Marley) has never been with another dragon, male or female. So, we put Marley with our adult female (Abby), just to see if they'd even get along. They didn't at first, but that's beside the point. We've had Abby for about a week and a half and she's already pregnant, probably from being housed with a male at the reptile place. We've made a lay-box with coco-husk and also we've removed Marley from the terrarium. Abby has been digging all day today and part of yesterday. I guess my question is, when should we expect her to lay? She's already grown plumper and we can see the grape-ish dimples in her stomach. We've set up an incubator as well. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, as we hadn't decided whether we were going to breed them or not, yet, so this pregnancy is a surprise. Thanks!
