power outage no heat, I don't know what to do

The power has been out since at least 8 or 9, maybe even 10 last night. I can't be sure. I don't have any hand warmers, we have an electric stove so I can't heat up water. They are estimating that the power will be out until 10 but possibly earlier. I just don't want him to die or something. What will happen to him? What can I do? There is no way for me to go to the store to pick anything up right now. I currently have him resting on my chest... Is that okay? What else could I possibly do?
Please help. I am very worried about him.

Hi there....what are the temps where you live and how old is he ? An older dragon can tolerate extremes much more easily than a baby. Keeping him close to you will provide plenty of warmth. Is it sunny + above 70 outside ? If so you can set up a plastic storage tote with a basking log inside. The tote will heat up in the sun at 70 degrees and can get up in to the 90's easily.

Thank you so much for your quick and helpful response. It is in fact around 82 outside right now, I think I am going to try that. I am only worried about him trying to jump out and explore. He is probably around 6 months old maybe.. I got him for Christmas. He is my first baby. Do you have any other suggestions or advice for me?
Thank you so much.

If you can set up his tank near a sunny window then he will be fine for a few days, as a matter of fact if it's 82 outside then it might even get a bit TOO hot through the window....but it will prob. be fine. He'll be fine for a few days without UVB lights until the power comes back on. If you take him outside, the 82 will be fine as long as he has access to shade, not in a glass tank though. A large plastic tote with an old screen over it will be fine, but again, be careful it doesn't get too hot....the heat increases greatly in a plastic tote, so provide some shade.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
