At least UPS or Fedex guarantees their overnight deliveries. USPS doesn't guarantee anything and really shouldn't be an option when shipping a live animal.

If a live animal is involved, you bet I'm going to demand a guarantee. Not that a refund would make up for a dead animal. But it just the point...

I get pheonix worms delivered usps here on eastern LI, NY. During winter months, the box is clearly labeled in three or four places dont deliver, but it always finds its way to my door. Luckily, no harm has come, but im waiting for thr day i have to go down o the post office to raise hell.
