Post-Brumation Diet

This morning I heard Izzy scratching in her hide so I decided to give her a bath.

Instead of drinking from a eyedropper like she usually does she took straight to the water in the bath and drank on her own.

So when I put her back in the viv I gave here some blueberries. She jumped on them. I didnt even get the bowl down and she ran over and started eating.

So my question is.... Is there a recommended post-brumation diet? Can I offer her dubia straight away? Should I do small portions and slowly increase?

How long did she brumate for? I would offer her a few feeders, don't let her gorge until maybe she poops for you...

I am guessing she was down for 3 months. I would need to check my notes.

She has been eathing and drinking well in the last few days but still no poop. I don't know how she can eat so much and not pass anythnig.
