Kaiser

I've asked about this before a long while back when my bearded dragon, Kaiser, first started acting odd. Anyway, does anyone have any ideas about what could be happening, or if I should be concerned? Could this be brumation?
In short, Kaiser has been acting odd for the past five months (February and ongoing) or so, in the following manner:
- Has eaten less and less starting in February. Stopped eating completely since the beginning of June; no significant weight loss noticeable.
- Has not defecated regularly; just recently had one bowel movement in approximately two months.
- Avoids light/heat since February.
- Is inactive most of the day, but does not sleep, since February.
Some details about Kaiser:
- He was five months old in February (when the behavior started changing); he is now approximately ten months old.
- He has not grown much: he was approximately 19 inches in length in February; he is now approximately 21 inches in length.
- He weighed approximately 471 grams in February; he now weighs approximately 450 grams.
- Went in for a vet visit and parasite check in May; came back clean of parasites, and no noticeable health concerns.

Some details about care/housing:
- Temperatures are as follows (and vary due to ambient temperatures): cool side (approximately 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit), warm side (approximately 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit), basking spot (originally 100-105 degrees Fahrenheit, but was recently reduced to approximately 95 degrees Fahrenheit when possible brumation was taken into consideration). All temperatures are taken with three separate, digital probe thermometers for accuracy.
- Humidity is approximately 30-40% throughout the day. Does jump up to about 50% at night, or when my window is not open (which I try to keep open most of the time).
- Has Reptisun 10.0 UVB lighting; warm side having the UVB lighting anywhere from 6-10 inches away at any given point, and cool side having UVB lighting anywhere from 6-8 inches away at any given point.
- Substrate is non-adhesive shelf liner.
- Has been provided Reptiworms (larvae and fly forms), superworms, crickets, wax worms (only to tempt to eat, not regularly), collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens, and green beans.
- A bath soak is provided one to two times a week.
Some reasons why brumation seems unlikely:
- Occurred at a very young age (five months old).
- Slightly odd seasons to be brumating (understandably, I live in North America, where the spring and summer seasons are around the time of the winter season in Australia where bearded dragons originate from, but it still is slightly odd).
- Too long of a period of time to be brumating (has been five months now).
Anyone have any ideas? Could this be brumation? Or is it something else? If you need more information or have any questions that may help relieve some stress or help me help Kaiser, please let me know. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
