Possible URI!!

So recently my Charmander had been showing signs of a URI. There's a slight click when she moves to much, her beard puffs sometimes when she's breathing kinda like she's gasping for air, and recently she's been sleeping with her head up. I've tried moving her so she has no where to put her head up and she will sleep standing up with her head slightly pointed in the air. My question is this how costly is this going to be to fix? It sounds horrible I know but I'm not made of money. I'm determined to keep her but if this ends up costing 100s of dollars there's no way I can afford it. I'm afraid I might have to give her away after I put in so many draining days to keep her. Is there way to fix this with out spending 100s or should make he tough call now? Can some please help?!?

Hi, I understand the money problems, you have to take him to the vet and ask him on treatment cost, if it is not progressed too far then treatment won't be too costly. But if the URI is progressed then it may cost a bit more. I'm not 100% sure but I think that is it. He will need Baytril, for tonight up the temps a bit tonight to help his immune system. I don't know about how much vet visits cost there but with my dragon's URI it is still an on going battle so get treatment early please, because my dragon's URI is quite progressed it is difficult getting it under control but it hasn't cost much actually so it may not cost much for you.

Good luck! (Sorry for rambling and if I don't make sense)

Thank you she's a got a vet visit on the 19th I'm afraid that's the soonest the vet can see her. I do have another vet but she's very expensive.

You could order some baytril from Cheryl at beardeddrsgon.co she can tslk u thru the dose.
I would get the night time temps up. I use a heatingpad set on low with a blanket on top of it. Make sure the humidity is low. If you have a water bowl in the tank remove it
I would also bump up the daytime temps to 110.

I am on my phone and it is hard to edit, sorry for the spelling.

My humidity is 10% that's what's confusing me about this whole thing it's always been at 10% I don't know she could have gotten it

My humidity has always been low too. My bd has has various psrasites we have fought off. Because of that or any other reasons a bd immune system is low and that invites infections. Other than that I am not sure how they can get it.
My last bd who had lots of m.edical problems got stressed from me moving her into a new and bigger tank that she did not eat well and got a uri. So stress can do it to.anything that affects their immune system.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
