Possible URI!!! Please help!!!!

My beardie was doing fine yesterday, and today when I turned on his lights, every time he breathed out his beard would inflate and his mouth would sometimes open and blow a bubble. He also had head shed right on his lips and both nostrils, which could be the case, but I need clarification. Also when he eats a lot of food, his beard inflates for a short amount of time, if that is any help. I haven't fed him yet, either, because I'm worried. He is normal other than that-bright colors, good poo, and he's even starting to develop fat pads (he's a juvenile).

I had a very similar case the other day, except the bubble blowing. My guy was also going through a shed, each time he breathed in his beard would inflate and he occassionaly made a cough/sneeze sound. I took him out and let him soak for 10-15 and he was fine a couple hours later. I think maybe something got into his nose cavity or throat and was causing some irritation.

Thank you! He seems to be better now, some more shed fell off of his mouth and he licked his lips a few times, then stopped foaming. I'll go ahead and bathe him, and, if he still does it after he's done shedding, I'll bring him to the vet. Thanks again!

sounds like he was just trying to push the shed off. though i'm not quite sure what the bubbles would mean.
