Possible tail rot?

Ok so maybe I'm being paranoid (or at least that's what my parents tell me) but Benny's been having trouble shedding, especially on her tail, and it's getting really dark. I'm starting to worry, does it look dangerous? The very tip is what is freaking me out most.

The end of the tail is slightly concerning to me but, the rest looks kind of like a shed in process. I may be wrong on that though. :?

looks like shed but as the other said the end does look weird,soak it in some water

Ok, I'm just going to keep an eye on it just in case it gets any worse
