Possible obstruction???

My beardie's stool has changed. He use to go about every other day and go a ton, but now he is just having a very small stool with more liquid in it than usuall and yesterday it looked slightly bloody. The last 2 he has had seem to have a stringy mucus thing to them too... its not a worm, but mucus. I cant get him into the vet til tuesday. They suggested just feeding him baby food and bath 2 times a day with a belly rubs too. How does that sound to the experts out there? That was the line of thinking I was going before the office suggested it. I guess the most important is to just keep him hydrated til the apt. Any suggesstions would be great!

that sounds like pretty good advice. Give a few dabs of olive oil a couple times a day as well. As for the baby food, stick with a squash or an apple sauce.
