Possible illness

So this morning my beardie didn't eat at all at his normal breakfast. He is only a couple months old. He didn't eat till 1.5 hours past normal time. I went to work for a few hours and came home to check on him. He seemed fine but when I was making his salad he vomited all the food up. (I did have to feed him mealworms due to running out of my crickets The night before)

So in his vomit was the mealworms some greens and some partially disgusted food (dark brown). He pooped before this happened and it was normal so I'm not sure if it's impaction. This was mid day. At dinner he only ate one cricket and a few greens.

I got him out to run around and he was very energetic for 45min. Within this time he pooped a very little bit and it was a little runny. (The size of a corn kernel)

I am worried he may be impacted or is sick. Does anyone have an idea? Can't get him in to vet till Thursday.

Lights are suggested by this page
Temps are 100-110 hot , 75-82 cold
I've followed all suggestions from people here to make the tank as close to perfect as I can.

I'm sure he just over endulged (like a kid at a party) and will be fine .

<<< good idea in your remote situation get in a supply of Repashi GrubPie for emergencies where your pet shop lets you down on the supply of crickets.

<<< beardie at his age should ideally be on three live insect meals per day + salads offered. I suggest offer the bugs first and make sure the heat and lights have been on for at least 2 hours before the first feed so beardie is well and truly warmed up and hungry and the lights and heat stay on for at least 2 hours after his last meal so he has time to digest his food or this will be repeated and they can all too easily aspirate fluids when upchucking.

A wee dose of olive oil (not more than 0.4ml given orally by syringe INTO THE SIDE OF HIS MOUTH , maybe split between two doses will likely clear any impaction , just keep an eye on him - no more mealworms for him unlit he's at least 12 months old.

Hi there, no need for a vet....just cut out the mealworms and hydrate him + he'll be back to normal in a day or so. As was mentioned when a beardie vomits because of eating something it can't digest, they just don't feel well for a day or 2 usually, just like we would. He should bounce back.

Is it common for them to slow down on eating during maturity? He eats but very little like 2-3 leafs 1-2 crickets and sits under the basking and uvb light all day. With his head pointing up.

Just now it seemed like he was trying to dig in his basking log. Scratching his face on it. Then he just plopped flat on his belly and laid there for a few. I've seen other animals do this while digging dirt. I'm working towards building a bigger viv for him which I will be putting in a 50/50 sand/soil in half of it for digging.

Please - do your beardie a huge favour , NO DIRT , NO SAND , and no other particulates. These are all high risk of impaction substrates when ingested either while taste testing , or accidentially with their greens and veg or bugs.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
