Possible fungus out of shed?

She is a 10 month old bearded dragon with no issues until this point. I noticed her tail was shedding odly it was taking longer and flaking off instead of larger pieces coming off. When it was finally visible i saw black scales on the top and bottom of her tail. I'll post pics when I find out how to do so. I've tried soaking her every other day and using a cotton swap to lightly scrub. I've also heard of Betadine and silks working if it's a fungus. Thanks

Hi there....it's too soon to tell if it's anything more than just a patch of shed, that's what I think it is. But I wanted to mention that if you post this in the health forum you'll get more replies. And yes, you can dab it with betadine a few times a day, water it down to look like iced tea.
