She still has a good appetite, but she doesn't seem to drink the water from the tub, or much in general, even when I mist her.

Hello,

A lot of them don't always drink water in their baths. You have tried giving fluids via a syringe or dropper?
I am glad to hear her appetite is doing well. Are you seeing improvements with her now?

No noticeable improvements, but I have the vet with her on Tuesday. And yes, i've tried the syringe feeding, and that is one of the only ways I can get her to drink, along with dripping some water on her nose.

Hello,

At least she will drink some water that way, with the syringe. I was hoping she was going better by now. Definitely let us know how the vet visit goes. You are keeping her tank around 80 overnight also?

The vet I was taking her to overbooked or something, and her visit was moved to this Friday. And I've been able to get her tank up to around 75 by just putting a towel over it.

I cancelled the appointment because it seems as if she is getting better. Her appetite is still great, and the 'popping' noises seem to be gone, the only thing now is that her forced exhalation/bloating her beard up for a second, which also seems to be dying down.

Oh good, I'm glad to hear that ! It sounds like things are improving and hopefully there will be a full recovery. :)

Hello,

OH sorry you weren't able to get into the vets yet. That is good news she is starting to do better now!
Sometimes, it just takes some time for their immune system to kick in to begin fighting off an infection but it sounds like increasing her temperatures are helping out. :D
Let us know how she is doing. I hope she continues to improve for you.

Hey, my beardie is still continuing to do the forced exhalation. I don't know if it's a problem that I need to take her to the vets to or what, anyways, I'm going to post a link to a video of her doing it. Also, it's usually when she wakes up, or after she has had something to eat. Thanks.

There is definitely a breathing problem, thankfully it's not severe ......so it may be best to have her looked at + meds. be prescribed.

Do you think it will go away on its own? Or do you think it's severe enough that a vet visit is needed? Also... sorry, but does this look like tail rot? http://imgur.com/oFgauxZ Thanks again for all the help.

Yes I think the breathing problem warrants another vet visit and possibly meds. The tail is probably not tail rot, but you can have that looked at too. It may just be a dry piece that will fall off, that does happen sometimes but there can also be an infection underneath that creeps up the tail. Keep a good eye on it and you can even put diluted betadine on it, then neosporin.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
