thanks for the reassurance, I know she must be as stressed getting used to the new space as I am about being a new owner
.
I'm pretty confident about the enclosure, I have her in a 40B, there's a basking light and UVB, last night right before I was about to turn the lights off she found her way to the cooler end, I guess her way of telling me she was ready for bed or
thirsty (she lapped up some water I sprayed, she has a water dish that had dried up and got refilled.) but her new enclosure is definitely different from where she was, I got her from petco, she was housed with another dragon, it was much smaller, her basking spot went up to 85 and per the advice here I have it hotter than that, etc...)
She is already eating greens from my hand and that makes me a lot more confident (and then of course afraid I am spoiling her... whoops) but her interest in bugs has been fluctuating... like I said, I guess there is one stressed dragon and one stressed new owner sharing the room here. I appreciate the reassurance so much, thank you!!
