Poo Help?

What could be the cause of these red dots on his urate? I searched around and didn't find much help in other threads. I'm pretty sure it's not parasites because he JUST tested negative for those at the vet. Could it be blood from his inflamed tummy/digestive tract? He has ADV, and the vet recently prescribed him something for inflammation in those locations due to the disease.

I'd guess it's just bits of poop mixed in with the urate. It looks pretty good overall. I'd offer some water by dripping it on his nose to ensure he's well hydrated.

It doesn't look very red here, but in person it was. He is bathed once a day (where he poops) and gets water dropped on his nose 2-3x a day until he doesn't want any more.
