poo frequency

I know this must get asked all the time but I searched and didn't really find it..

How often should a 6-8 month old beardie be pooping? he pooped yesterday but not today. his basking temps are just a tad under 100 as he was really gaping way too much when it was above. Thanks.

My Lilly is 6 months old and usually poops every day, but I don't freak out if she goes one day without. Yesterday, she didn't poo even with a warm bath, but today she pooped twice and passed just urate once. I think her shed may have thrown he off a bit.
