Poo color? BUMP

Hi! So I've been reading about what the poo should look like normally, and possible causes for changes, but I'm still feeling a little worried. Kevin's poo was brown, white, and then had some orange part to it. From what I read, that would indicate dehydration? It doesn't seem possible though, because he had a full bath yesterday, I drip water on his nose most days for bonding, and I drip water on his body at least once a day (I don't have anything to mist him with). I took a picture, but I didn't want to post it if I didn't need to haha

This just happened again today. His poo yesterday was normal but today had the extra orange stuff. Any ideas?

as far as dehydration goes you need to look at the amount of urate, the white part, and the consistency of the poo itself.. watery or hard and dry. Unless he's drinking the water the baths wont hydrate him per say... although baths are always good just to help with any dry skin or to loosen up any dirt on his body. If he's drinking while you drip water on his head then cool beans... so whats the urate look like?

The poop part is its normal brownish green color. The urate is white, and the tip is orange. All of it is formed but soft, also normal for him. He does lick it when I give him drops.

Would a picture help? I would just like to know if this happening every now and then is ok

Sometimes poops are messy, runny, or off color for a bit and it's nothing to worry about. Just upset stomach or similar. Look more for trends. If it's messy for a couple of weeks, or if it looks dried out or the urate is discolored for a couple of weeks, etc., then a fecal test at the vet may be a good idea. The trends are a better indicator of overall health than one offs. Photos do help though. That looks relatively normal. Maybe a bit less hydration this time around, but like I said watch for trends.
