plz help beardie actin strange/ill

I just got my first beardie here on wednesday from dachiu dragons he arrived healthy and everything. Hes been eating fine until today, i came home for lunch when i usually feed him his breakfast and instead of being on his normal basking areas he was on the floor of tank. He was barely lifting his head up he will lift it fully but seems like he prefers not too. As i went to pick him up so i can remove stuff from his tank to feed him he usually willingly crawls up my arm but this time he kind of rolled over i picked him up and examined him and he pooped a normal poop in my hand. He hasnt ate anything today and hes still just laying on floor in tank.
I have a basking lamp and a reptisun 10.0 basking temps usually 100 to 110 and cool side usually 80 to 85. He is alil over 8 inches long i thought may be alil dehydrated since hasnt ate his veggies yet nor shows interest in em so i went to soak him and if i didnt have my hand in with him he would swim frantically and roll over. I fear that yesterday during his feeding session he at a couple crickets that were too big he i didnt mean for it as they jumped out were they were and he attacked em so quick i couldn't do anything to stop him. I dust all his food since hes young But plz hhelp im freaking out

Do you have a probe thermometer ?

Yes i do and a couple analog thermometers but i raised heat levels and he pooped again actually he pooped twice lol but so far he seems to be actin somewhat normal today but i kept his climbing log out cuz i didnt want him to hurt himself that will be the last test because he will usually hang out on his log and bask or to his basking rock which is where he relieved himself this morning so thats one good sign he was basking...

Give him some water with an eye dropper if you think he's dehydrated.

He seem like hes back to normal when i misted him this morning he was licking it up and he ate his dusted baby crickets too so hes doing way better than yesterday. I still haven't put his climbing branch back in yet cuz of fear of hurting himself. But he is running around like he should with his head high instead barely being able to lift his head thank god! Hopefully my lil thor is back to himself
