Please Please Save This Guy

I never really post on here but I am always on here looking through all the posts. I was on craigslist just looking and saw this guy and my heart broke, They are only keeping him in a 5 gallon tank and he looks in pretty rough shape. He is in the Houston area. I would love to take him but I just don't have the money right now
