I honestly don't know. I do not have a working scale so I couldn't weigh her last night but I shall see tomorrow night at the vet visit and mind you I am missing MY FAVORITE SHOW IN THE ENTIRE WORLD smallville to take her to the vet...so you know that I am commited to helping this little darling! :mrgreen:

That is such a great name, Chancie. I know she is so grateful for you helping her & I am glad that you finally got to bring her home.
Poor girl. At least she has a "chance" now with you caring for her.
Keep us posted on her progress. I hope that doesn't lose her entire arm, too.

The vet appt is at 730pm tomorrow night but as soon as I get home i will update all of you wonderful caring people.

Weight: DUH ME! sorry a little stressed with work so yeah I mis-read.
She does and doesn't if that makes any sense. Most of the crap (substrate) that was still on the wound is gone. There is still a small amount on the underside of it. I can't get it to come off. Just finished a bath and medicined the wound and covered it for the night lets just hope that this time she doesn't squirm out of it. i put her in her home and she ate almost all the greens that i put in there. Drank a good bit of the water when I put her in the bath another great sign. She also pooped last night I was so excited (haven't been this excited about poop since my daughter turned 6 months old!!! ROFLMFAO!!!)

It kind of drags along her side until she wants to climb or run then she does sort of use it. There is no movement in the fingers at all and I am guessing that most of that tissue there is dead but the red above the elbow is a good sign showing that at least some of the tissue there is still alive. I have high hopes for this little thing yet!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I love this! You all ROCK!

I have wonderfully great news! The Dr said that yes it is necrotic and she felt that as long as I keep soaking her 1-2xday and using the antibiotic ointment that I have on her she'll be fine. She feels right now that there is no reason to put her under to take it off. She said that the body will automatically shut that part of the body down (which is what it has begun to do) and just fall of. If the darkness on her arm gets any higher I will have to go back, but she said since she is eating and drinking fine that she's not worried.

SO everyone's good vibes and prayers and *cyber rubs and kisses* have worked.

I will be posting some pictures of all my guys on here as soon as I figure out how! Please don't lose touch now that the worst is over! I really like having somewhere to go every few hours and check to see if someone has posted! Thanks again!
