Please help!

I recently had brought my bearded dragon Mushu to the vet because she threw up and stopped eating for two days. The vet said she looked amazing and found nothing wrong other than worms which is currently being treated with panacur, one dose a week for three weeks. Her poops are finally looking normal, but the last two have lacked urates entirely, even though I bathe her daily and watch her drink water. My reason for being here is her appetite is still non existent. It has been four days and she shows no interest in food and is often extremely lethargic. I have been putting squash baby food on her nose which she will lick and I have also tried giving her probiotics. Tonight my boyfriend tried to put her in the bath and it seemed she didn't even have enough energy to hold herself up at first. Is this because of the medicine or something else? The vet found nothing wrong besides worms and I am very scared and upset. Hopefully someone can offer helpful advice. Here is all the info on housing and back story to make answering easier:

She was brought to a herp vet who learned all of this about her so he checked for obvious things that I feared may be wrong.
She was a rescue. I've had her for six months. She is a year and a half old and previous owners provided her with no UVB and rarely cleaned her tank (she was checked for signs of MBD but was found to be healthy)
She has a basking light, a CHE (only used on occasion) and a reptisun 10.0 tube.
She is in a 40 g and has newspaper bedding.

When you say worms, could you be more specific? Mealworms can cause impaction, so i hope its supers or phoenix/repti/calciworms. You could try ordering critical care off amazon or see if your vet has that. Its got vitamins and stimulates a good appetite. Could add that to the baby food.

Also how high are your temps, do you feed close to bed time?

No, I meant worms as in pin worms.
Basking is 103. Warm side is 95. Cool side is 78.
The latest I feed is three hours before lights out.

Hi. I'd try giving her some soy yogurt to help restore some of her good flora in her gut. It's destroyed by the antibiotics.

I have her some earlier today. Do you know how often I should offer the soy yogurt or how long it takes to make an improvement?

I'd do it couple times a day see how she does in a few days.

She became very weak and began to black beard so I brought her to the vet for them to run tests and monitor her all day. I will let you know how it goes.

My boy black beards when he's throwing a temper tantrum. I just pick him up and he closes his eyes. He's spoiled.

Mine is, too lol. They kept her overnight to give her fluids and start antibiotics. They think that since she had a crazy amount of pinworms that they caused an infection in her GI tract. I should get a call this afternoon to find out if she has improved or if we need to send out blood work.

She is staying overnight again. I went to visit her yesterday and she actually had her eyes open and was holding herself up. She definitely still has a long way to go though, so everyone please keep your fingers crossed.

Has anyone had an issue with parasites or worms being so bad that it caused an internal infection? They believe hers is in the GI tract but I can't find much about it when I search so hopefully someone on here can relate and help educate me on what to do/what to expect.
