please help scales coming off before shed time and dark tail

So her tail has always had problems but now idk what to do. I did a betadine and antibiotic ointment treatment and her tail was normal. I left for a week and her tail was really dark. So I did not betadine treatment and it was getting better. Then my mom said the betadine could be dying her tail so I just put antibiotic ointment on it for awhile but now I’m getting concerned. After just using antibiotic ointment for about 2 days big chuncks of scales are coming off. In the pictures below you can see her tail will shed soon and a chunk of scales that came off left orange skin (or black skin on the bottom of the tail) which is supposed to be after her shed. It has some darker spots around and on the orange too. The end is still very dark and it looks like there is orange underneath some dark spots. Only a little bit comes off the end. What’s the black? Am I causing early shed that could lead to problems? I really don’t want to hurt her but plz someone help. Also I can’t afford the vet I just got done with another problem that she had and used a lot of money.

Just looks like a upcoming shed to me, the tails actually get darker in the beginning before getting lighter and then popping off basically.

Hi Kiley, there is nothing wrong with her tail . What are you seeing ? I've raised tons of babies, and that looks like a very normal tail. You can stop the betadine baths and never pull on her tail, you can actually cause a problem doing that.

So the random black that has come on her tail the week I left is normal? It turned black before before the top of her tail looked ready to shed. So I should just stop everything and wait it out to see if it sheds? I don’t want to cause anymore damage. I’m sure you can tell this is my first bearded dragon.

Am I causing scales to fall off by keeping it moist with the ointment? I will stop putting it on anyway I was just wondering if that’s what caused it. Oh by the way she did have tail rot when I fist got her but the tip fell off and that’s probably another reason why I’m so conserned and probably treating nothing. Just hope no damage was done
