PLease HELP NEED ADVICE

The only issue she's having is simi loose stool that smells sometimes. I'm thinking it can be a diet thing as I'm trying to change it up and see what works for her stomach

Hello,
I'm sorry your having such trouble with the protozoans. The thing is that bearded dragons are good at not showing that they are sick. If yours was a rescue, there is a good chance that she might have parasites. A high level of protozoans, she could have been reinfected in her cage. My bearded had coccidia before which was a constant battle to keep it clean so wouldn't get reinfected. Have you thought about getting a second opinion?

Mellony has a good point about cleaning. What are you doing as far as cleaning up? In the case of coccidia it is easy to reinfect and challenging to sterilize making treatment drag out.

I'm cleaning every day and sanitizing everything. I use bleach and water and for the wood I soak in simple green which was recommended by the doctor. I didn't soak the wood before because it was brand new with the cage I built but now I'm doing more sanitation

You could always bake the wood, I'm not sure about the oven temperatures because mines gas heat so it does it a little differently. I think its about 250 or 300 for about a half an hour.
How is your beardie doing today?

She is doing great everyday the only thing that worries me is the loose stool once or twice a week. And the doctor saying that she has high protozoans. Other than she is doing very well and shedding on time and eating really well, and looks great.
