Please help me with my vitamin's and how often to use them

Hi I'm using Bone Aid and Dragon dust my t-rex. I'm a bit confused about vitamin d3 and how often I should be using each of these products per week. I believe the Bone Aid is only a calcium supplement not contained any vitamin d3 but the Dragon dust says it has 6000iu/kilo of d3. How many times per week should I be dusting with these for each?

I have an adult bearded thats 1.5 years old and a baby bearded 6-7 weeks old. Thanks a bunch.

I just don't want to overdo or underdo it.

They are bother under reptsun 10 strip lights with basking lights.
